When I first heard this idea, I honestly didn't get it. But the more I learned, the more it made sense. If you have a small to medium size fleet of, say, people-mover vans, you can have Pumpt come out and have them all gassed up, ready to go each morning. Unfortunately the State of Connecticut didn't go for the idea, and the project was killed.
